1. DELIVERY

• All orders are delivered via GHTK Express Service FREE OF CHARGE

• Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day

• Delivery time is between 1-3 day depending on your location

• Your Tracking Link will be generated once order is dispatched

• You also can 'Pick-up from Store” with the address below:

Opening Times: Mon-Fri from 9.30am to 7pm

2. EXCHANGE

• Products can only be exchanged for the size once within 7 days from the date of receipt

• 2-way shipping fee for exchange will be borne by the customer

• All exchanged products should be sent back to us in their original condition, unused together with tags, labels, and pink seal wire (if any)

• Product has not been laundered, damaged, soiled or leave scents on it

3. RETURN/ REFUND

Currently, Tebi does not support returns and refunds for all successfully delivered products.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel the orders in the following cases:

• New orders have been paid but have not been delivered to the carrier

• Follow Tebi’s cancellation procedure properly

• Please note that Tebi reserves the right to refuse to cancel orders for unsatisfactory reasons and/ or any case of failure to follow Tebi’s cancellation procedure

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

1/ Notify and provide Tebi the specific reason of the cancellation via hotline +84 934 155388 or email [email protected]

Customer will provide the order details to Tebi's Customer Service team.

2/ After receiving full information from the customer, Tebi will review and then contact the customer to confirm the cancellation of the order.

In case the customer finished paying for the orders in advance, Tebi will refund the customer within 3-5 working days via bank transfer.

3/ Please note the following terms after canceling an order:

• Orders once canceled cannot be reinstated. Please consider canceling your order carefully.

• Discount codes or discounts/ promotions already used for orders (if any) will no longer be valid for subsequent orders.

• Prices of products and associated promotions may change from time to time, so Tebi will not commit to keeping the old price if you place a new order.
