When a customer shops with us (or accesses our services, applications, and websites), the following terms always apply. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. Using our site indicates the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3.1 Personal information you disclose to us

• To provide your information to the 3rd parties whom provides the online payment gateway. We use the online payment gateway of Ngan Luong Co., Ltd. to perform all online payment transactions on Tebi's website platform. Please refer to the privacy policy regarding the payment here

• To enhance our security and prevent fraud.

You may choose not to receive communications from us at any time. Any direct marketing communications we send to you, we respect the privacy of our customers.

Tebi is committed to protect the privacy of our customers’ personal information. We collect and use personal information for suitable purposes and will not share personal data with third parties without permission from the data owner. When it is necessary, we shall use personal information to directly contact customers in different forms, including but not limited to order updates, news, promotions, and new arrivals (only when a customer signs up to our membership scheme or newsletter).

Customers should be aware of spam or fake emails identifying as Tebi. If a customer is unsure an email is from us, they should get into contact with our team, and we will launch an investigation.

We are committed not to disclose customer personal information. However, we shall disclose or provide your personal information in required cases as below:

1. Upon the request of the law bodies.

2. Upon the event that we believe it shall protect our legitimate rights towards the law.

3. Upon the emergency cases to protect other members’ safety.

If a customer’s details change, they need to update ‘My Account’ on our website so we can continue giving them our best service (marketing preferences can also be updated there).

At Tebi, we interact with and chat to customers through social media. However, we can’t control those social media platforms or how users set their profiles. Customers should check and set their privacy settings so they are comfortable with how their personal information on those platforms will be used.

We offer you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook, Instagram logins or other social media account). Where you choose to do this, we will receive your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as the other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.

Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

We may reach out to customers on social media to feature their content on our social media channels.

By giving a customer the opportunity to feature their content on our social media channels and by responding with the required hashtag (such as #YesTebi) you agree:

• Tebi can use your handle and the content on and/or on any of Tebi social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)

• We can edit, crop, adapt, enhance, or modify the content (but Tebi will not treat a user in a derogatory manner).

The user agrees that they:

• Have the permission of everyone in the content.

• Have the right to grant Tebi the above rights.

• Are at least 16.

If the user (or anyone in the content) asks us to remove the content, we will remove the content from the social media accounts that we control.

The user understands that other users of these social media platforms can also share and make use of the content once posted. A user of these platforms can take a screenshot of and save an image of the content to their device, share the content on social media platforms or websites which feature the content (and sharing capabilities). If a user does not want to grant the permissions set out above, then they should not give us consent to use their content.
